To initiate/undertake/pursue different knowledge development and/or dissemination activities covering all disciplines.

To institute academic/research programmes in different disciplines as well as interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary areas in general; to make/undertake studies/ research/projects on areas of social relevance like environment, equity, gender, human rights and empowerment of weaker sections in specific.

To undertake consultancy projects on different topic/areas including Information Communication Technologies and Finance.

To provide training for imparting/upgrading skills in various disciplines.

To start different Knowledge Institutions including Deemed Universities and colleges.

To undertake publication of journals, research papers, reports, books etc.

To co-operate with other organizations, institutions and bodies with identical/similar objectives.

To organise/participate in national/international conferences, seminars and courses by deputing or appointing representatives, delegates, observers.

To specialise in areas of Knowledge management which would focus on food, energy, security, improving self-reliance of the local community and ensuring sustainable livelihood.

To undertake different action programmes for the benefit of the unprivileged(like patients/ethnic and linguistic minorities/physically and mentally challenged/ ignorant labour/people below poverty line) at the community level.

To undertake different issues related to intellectual property rights.

To institute awards/scholarships to knowledge developers/researchers in different areas.

To undertake educational activities and for the purpose to construct, run and maintain schools, colleges and educational centres.

To establish Library including digital library and book banks for the benefit of the students.

To purchase and maintain play grounds/physical fitness centres for the purpose of the students.

To construct, maintain and run hostels for the benefit of the students.

To conduct educational tours and debates for the expansion of knowledge and betterment of the students.

To do all acts necessary and conductive to the achievement of the object or objects mentioned hereinabove.

To acquire by purchase, or otherwise lands, buildings, machineries, equipments, vehicles, Instruments etc. for running the Knowledge trust.

To recruit and appoint the necessary staff and other officials for running, maintaining and administering the knowledge Centres run by the trust.

To enter in to contracts and other agreements including collaboration agreement with foreign and Indian Universities, Knowledge centres and other agencies to achieve the aims and Objects of the trust.

To receive grants, donations, subsidies, and other assistance both in cash and in kind from Government and from other agencies and individuals including Foreign contributions as per government rules and regulations.
